These Terms of Use govern access to the Casting Corner Media website. By using the site or submitting information, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a performer application or access mature-audience casting opportunities. By applying, you certify that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to work on any project for which you accept a booking.

No Guarantee

Submitting an application, joining an email list, responding to a casting notice, or communicating with Casting Corner Media does not guarantee representation, an audition, a booking, payment, or continued consideration.

Project Terms

Specific compensation, duties, usage rights, schedules, travel, releases, identification requirements, testing requirements, and other conditions will be communicated separately for each opportunity. Talent and clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting project-specific terms before participation.

User Submissions

You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant Casting Corner Media permission to store, review, reproduce, format, and share those materials as reasonably necessary for casting, client presentation, booking, administration, and related business purposes.

Accurate Information

You may not impersonate another person, submit false age or identity information, upload material you do not have permission to use, or intentionally misrepresent your experience, appearance, availability, project, company, or budget.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape private information, harass talent or clients, misuse contact information, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

The Casting Corner Media name, branding, website design, written content, graphics, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Third-Party Relationships

Some opportunities involve independent clients, producers, venues, platforms, contractors, or talent managers. Unless expressly stated in writing, those parties are independent and Casting Corner Media is not responsible for their acts, omissions, services, websites, or contractual obligations.

Disclaimer

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casting Corner Media disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, availability, suitability, or results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casting Corner Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, reliance on a casting notice, loss of data, third-party conduct, or inability to access the site.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims or losses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms, false submissions, or infringement of another person’s rights.
